The Phorms Campus in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg opened its doors in August 2023. This new facility includes our nursery with reception and a state-approved primary school starting from the first grade. The campus features bright, welcoming rooms and outstanding digital resources. At our campus, children are guided by both German and English-speaking teachers.

As a brand new institution, we are particularly open to your perspectives. Together we have a great deal of creative freedom. You will be involved in all processes, be guided by your curiosity and contribute your ideas. 30 days of vacation are available for you to relax. These, as well as the shift schedules, are discussed together in the team so that we can meet as many wishes as possible.
Our staffing ratio is very good, as our team is supported by additional English-speaking educators in the international team.
You can use the attractive group and functional rooms to organize your day. These include a studio, a research room and a movement room for our little ones as well as a small library combined with a work area for our older children.
Each group has its own individually designed group room. As we want to actively involve the children in our room design, they are involved in the constant change processes and have an absolute say in our room design.
Our nursery was opened in August 2023. We currently look after around 80 children aged 1-6 years in a partially open concept. This is divided into the crèche area (24 children) with its two subgroups "Minis" and "Midis", in which children and educators spend most of their day together.
There is also the primary area (56 children) with its three subgroups "Starters", "Youngsters" and "Reception" (children in their last year of nursery). The children in these groups also meet every day in a dynamic yet routine interplay of open and closed activities.
Our team teaching model, combined with small class sizes of a maximum of 24 students, allows you to respond to the strengths and challenges of individuals.
Our classrooms all have first-class digital equipment and we will of course provide you with your own laptop for your work.
Our three-grade primary school follows a student- and activity-oriented didactic concept based on bilingual teaching in German and English. In addition to the Berlin curriculum, we also incorporate elements of the Cambridge Certificate programme. While you teach the children in your native language (German or English), you will be supported by an educator in the classroom.
In addition to bilingualism, the second major focus of our school is the MIN(K)T area. It is important to us to combine mathematical and scientific thinking with creativity and artistic design in a contemporary way.
You can offer activities that match your personal interests and talents and infect the students with your enthusiasm.
You have 30 vacation days per year to relax.
Our afternoon and holiday programmes are well-equipped. There are numerous rooms and materials at your disposal.
As an educator, you will not only be involved in lessons as a teaching assistant, you will also have the opportunity to actively help shape the afternoon and holiday programme.
In addition to activities in line with our MIN(K)T focus, which will also be incorporated into the afternoon and holiday programme, it is particularly important to us that you can also contribute your own interests and strengths.
