Which Department Are You Interested In?

Your Advantages

In addition to our general benefits, as an educator you are entitled to 40 days' vacation. You will also receive a free lunch as part of the meal accompaniment. Thanks to our well-thought-out concept, we create a calm and relaxed learning atmosphere in which children feel comfortable and can concentrate on their work - and the noise level is more pleasant for you. What's more, our international team is made up of people from all over the world.

Equipment

You have access to a wide range of materials and well-equipped rooms to help you design your programme.

Organization

Our kindergarten is part of the school and therefore follows the international IB curriculum in addition to the Hessian education plan. As an educator, you will guide the children through everyday life in a playful way and help them to experience and explore the world around them, while also promoting social responsibility and cultural awareness. The timetable therefore includes reading aloud as well as numeracy, sport, music and a library lesson. 50 children aged 3-5 years are currently looked after in three groups in our kindergarten. Despite our closed concept, the children also get to know each other across groups as part of projects, excursions and much more.

Your Advantages

Thanks to our small class sizes and the co-teaching model with pedagogical specialists as learning assistants in the classroom, you can focus on the strengths and challenges of the individual students.

In addition to learning support, the afternoon program also includes artistic, sporting and academic activities. Here you can contribute your own strengths and interests and offer appropriate clubs yourself.

Equipment

In addition to the individually designed classroom, you can also use our outdoor area and our library.

Organization

Our primary school with a total of around 200 students starts with the reception and then continues in the Primary Years Programme of the International Baccalaureate Organization up to the 5th grade. Currently, the reception and the 1st to 3rd grade are recognized as alternative schools. The children are taught by 30 teachers and learning assistants. The class teachers teach in English, while the subject teachers for German, music, general studies and sport teach in German.

If you are an educator, you will accompany the lessons as a learning assistant and support the children in their learning. You will also be responsible for organizing the afternoon and holiday programme. At our activity camps during the holidays, the activities range from field hockey to candle-making and origami.

Your Advantages

In line with the IB concept of lifelong learning, your professional and personal development is also important to us. That's why we offer you a generous development budget and regular in-house coaching. The manageable size of our school also contributes to excellent development opportunities.

Equipment

Our specialist rooms are equipped with the latest technology, such as smartboards in all classrooms. This allows you to use a variety of resources to make your lessons engaging. You will work closely with our Learning Support Team to help students reach their full potential. We have set up our own counseling center for social challenges or conflicts.

Organization

In our secondary school, we offer the Middle Years Programme and the Diploma Programme. 30 teachers support the approximately 200 students in developing into responsible problem solvers. The students work on interdisciplinary issues in collaboration with various specialists. All subjects at the secondary school are currently taught in English.

Your Advantages

In addition to an attractive salary, we offer you 30 vacation days and a strong community within our team. The parents and children on our campus appreciate your work and see you as an integral part of our daycare and school life.

"We are a fantastic team that supports each other in our diverse and exciting tasks." - Bettina (Administration Manager)
